Postpardum depression

Postpardum depression may occur in more than 10% of new mothers. It doesn't necessarily set in right after birth, but sometime soon you may begin to experience sadness and feelings of inadequacy. Just be aware that this is not uncommon and there's nothing wrong with asking for help with it. Lots of other new mothers have gotten through it and you can too.
