Dental cavaties

Almost everyone has cavaties in their teeth at some point. I think I've only met one person who never did. Usually people get more cavaties when they're young because they don't understand the importance of taking good care of their teeth.

In my opinion, the two most important things you can do to prevent cavaties are:

1. Brush your teeth twice a day. In the morning and evening after dinner.

2. Floss. This is so important. I haven't gotten a single cavaty since I started flossing.
