Incontinance

Urinary incontinance is when your bladder can't hold all of your urine in and it leaks. It may be that the bladder just doesn't close tight enough or it may be that it actually squeezes urine out without warning sometimes.

This is most commonly a problem that people experience as they get older, but it's certainly not exclusive to any age group. It can be embarrassing and people often don't like to talk about it, but there are ways to deal with it and even treat it. So if it's disrupting your life, you should consult a doctor about what you can do.
