Insonmia

Insomnia is an inability to sleep. Not that you don't ever sleep, but you can't sleep enough. However, there's not just single cause for insonmia. It could be a biological problem or it could be a psychological problem. So you need to try and determine why you can't sleep in order to address the problem appropriately.

If you can't sleep because your mind is too active, then drugs to help you sleep may not necessarily help. It's possible that your mind may still stay restless even when you're asleep so that you'll still be sleep deprived even when you do get a full night's sleep. In that case, you may need to look at meditation or something to calm your mind.
