High colestrol

High colestrol is perhaps the biggest risk factor for heart disease and heart attacks. So if you have high colestrol, it's something you need to take care of right away.

There are two kinds of colestrol - LDL and HDL. LDL is the one that you don't want to be high. There are a lot of different factors that can contribute to high colestrol, and so there are quite a few different ways that you may be able to lower it. There are even drugs now that can help with that, but they should be a last resort.

Bottom line - next time you're at the doctor, ask for a colestrol test. It should be pretty cheap.
