Heart atack

Heart attacks are possibly the number one killer of people on Earth. So it's important to try and keep your heart healthy and recognize the signs of a heart atack.

Perhaps most importantly, try not to get too overweight. And if you are, then try to lose some. At the very least, try to exercise 2 or 3 times a week, even if that just means walking around the block for 20 minutes.

And if you do have a heart attack, you have the best chance of surviving if you recognize it quickly and get help.

If you believe you're having a heart attack, a simple thing you can do after you call for help is to take a couple aspirin. I'm not 100% sure why this help, but I suspect it helps because it thins your blood. If your blood is thinner then it will be able to continue circulating better during the heart attack. But that's just my guess.
