Colestrol

Most people are aware by now that high colestrol is bad and that it can lead to heart attacks. However, everyone doesn't really understand why.

Colestrol is circulated through your body with your blood. As colestrol levels increase, then colestrol may start to build up in some of your blood vessels. Over time, it's possible that enough colestrol could build up in one spot to start blocking an artery and hinder the flow of blood. That's where the trouble is.

However, even if your colestrol is high and it's starting to build up in your blood vessels, you can reverse the problem by lowering your colestrol.
