Low colestrol diet

There are plenty of ways to lower the colestrol in your diet. And the simplest and perhaps most effective way is to limit the fat in your diet.
Fat is probably the most important factor in developing high colestrol. And it's not just any fat. It's primarily saturated fat. So you want to try and eliminate as much saturated fat from your diet as possible. This doesn't mean you should eat lots of unsaturated fat. But saturated fat is the #1 key to focus on.
For a lot of people, just doing that can help lower colestrol.
