Lower colestrol

When trying to improve your health, it's best to keep it as simple as possible to ensure that you will actually do it. So here is a very basic plan for lowering your colestrol.

1. Avoid fatty foods, especially foods with saturated fat.

2. If you are overweight, then lose weight (see #3).

3. Exercise. Any kind of exercise. It can be as simple as taking a walk a few times a week. Just exercise.

Just doing these things will often help lower colestrol levels. If not, then your doctor can tell you about more aggressive approaches.
