Types of colestrol

There are two types of colestrol. One is good and one is bad.

LDL colestrol is the bad one. High levels of LDL can lead to colestrol build up in your arteries and result in serious heart problems (possibly death).

HDL colestrol is the good one. HDL colestrol actually helps to remove the colestrol deposits in your arteries.

So you DON'T want HIGH levels of LDL colestrol and you DON'T want LOW levels of HDL colestrol.
