Healthy colestrol levels

Your total blood colestrol levels doesn't really tell you what you need to know. You need to know how much LDL colestrol you have and how much HDL colestrol you have.

Generally, you want your LDL to be less than 100 and you want your HDL to be at least 40. That's right. You don't want your LDL to be too high and you don't want your HDL to be too low.
