Some people who have hemmoroids never experience any symptoms. In those cases, the only way to know you have them is if a doctor tells you. But if there are no symtpoms, then there's no need to worry about them. The symtpoms are the problem with hemmoroids. There aren't any real dangers. Symptoms most commonly include bloody stools. However, there is also often itching and/or pain around the anus.
