Causes of hemmoroids

The most common cause of hemmoroids is straining. For example, straining during bowel movements. This can happen for any number of reasons, but if you often strain during bowel movements, then your stools may be too hard and you can soften them to make it easier.
Hemmoroids can also be caused in pregnant women by the pressure from the baby inside.
