The most common hemmoroid treatments are probably hemmoroid creams and suppositories. For example, Preparation H, which has been around forever. These treatments help to relieve the symptoms of hemmoroids like itching and/or burning. They only need to be used when the hemmoroids are bothering you. If the hemmoroids become a real problem, then it's possible to get rid of them completely through a number of different surgical procedures. But of course surgery should always be a last resort.
