The dandruf shampoos that you can buy in the grocery store will work pretty well to control dandruf for most people. However, there are quite a few different shampoos, and not every one will work for all people. So you should try different shampoos until you find one that works. Try one for a week or two everyday. If it's no better, then try another one. Once you find one that works, you should probably only need to use it every few days in order to control your dandruf.
