Peptic Ulser

Peptic ulsers are what are commonly referred to as stomach ulsers. They typically cause a burning feeling in the abdomen, or even a little higher. Unfortunately, they can feel very similar to heartburn and may be mistaken for heartburn for a long time. But if you have these recurring burning feelings, then you should definitely have a doctor check it out, especially if heartburn medication doesn't help it. If it turns out you have an ulser, then you'll want to treat it properly.
