Vitiman B12 dificiency

Vitiman B12 is something you need to make sure you get enough of. For most people, it's not a problem. One of its functions to help create red blood cells. So if you're not getting enough B12, then you could become anemic.
If you are a vegetarian, then it's especially important to make sure you're getting enough because it's most common in meats and dairy products.
