Alergies to Gluton

A gluton alergy is not actually an alergy at all. Instead, it's an intolerance to gluton, and the results of ingesting gluton are, unfortunately, much worse than an alergic reaction.
Gluton is found in many, many different foods made with grains such as wheat and oats. If you are intolerant to gluton, then eating these foods can actually damage your small intestine, hindering the proper digestion of food and nutrients.
Some people may not actually experience any symptoms, but many will experience a wide range of symptoms, such as abdominal pain or gastric problems like diarrhea or gas.
If you are gluton intolerant, then the only thing to do is to stop eating foods with gluton. Unfortunately, there is not cure. But your intestines can recover if you change your diet and all will be well.
