If you are gluton intolerant, then you know how difficult it can be to eat a gluton-free diet. The world is full of grain-based foods with gluton. Most importatly, of course, is avoiding foods made with grains that have gluton, like wheat and oats. But that's not all.
There are some additives that may contain gluton as well, like MSG and caramel coloring. And what's more, some foods may actually contain gluton itself as an ingredient, such as soups and some condiments. So read all labels when you're grocery shopping.
