Diarhea is a very common occurrence, and while it can be very uncomfortable while you're experiencing it, it's not usually anything to be concerned about. Everyone goes through it and the causes are probably too many to count. The problem that can arise from diarhea is if it persists for more than a few days. In that case, dehydration can occur, and that can lead to some real health problems. If you have diarhea that persists for more then a few days, then you should definitely see a doctor, if not sooner.
