Although diarhea is a normal occurrence from time to time in most people's lives, chronic diarhea can pose real problems. If you have diarhea for more than a few days at a time, or if it returns frequently, then you are in danger of dehydration. So first of all, make sure you drink lots of fluids (not soda pop or alcohol).
But additionally, chronic diarhea is a sign that something is wrong inside your digestive tract. Something is happening in there that's wreaking havoc. This could be any number of things, but you definitely need to see a doctor about it because it could be something very serious.
