What's Wrong With Me?
Auto Immune Hepatitus

Auto Immune Hepatitus occurs when your body's immune system decides that your liver doesn't belong in your body and attacks it. It's not certain what causes this to happen (as with many autoimmune diseases), but auto immune hepatitus is a chronic disease that can get progressively worse.
The key is to get your body to stop attacking its own liver. Treatment to accomplish this is usually pretty effective if it starts early. You may need to undergo treatment repeatedly if the disease comes back, but if the treatment works, then you can live with it for a long, long time.
