What's Wrong With Me?
Chronic Fatigue Symdrome

Because chronic fatigue syndrome is so ill-defined and the causes aren't understood, the treatments focus on relieving the symptoms rather than eliminating the cause.
In general, those who suffer from CFS should try to avoid high levels of physical and emotional stress as this could make the symptoms worse. However, they should try to get some amount of exercise, as difficult as that may be. It's important to determine how much is enough without getting too much.
If necessary, there are also drug treatments. The treatments vary depending on the specific symtpoms of each patient. But there are a wide range of options for treating symptoms such as pain, depression, and allergies.
