Asperger's Syndrome is a variant of autism. There are number of different characteristics, but most prominent may be social inadequacy. Someone with Asperger's Syndrome is capable of social interaction, but response to others in social situations may be inappropriate.
Additionally, movements may be clumsy and speech may sound a bit odd, although more because of the way of speaking than because of any grammatical or mechanical deficiency.
