You may not experience any symptoms of cirhosis until there is significant degradation of the liver. The liver is such a resilient organ that it may keep functioning well enough even once cirhosis begins that you won't notice anything.
Once liver function diminishes, you will start to feel the effects. You may feel nauseous as a result of increased toxin build up in your body. You may also feel tired, lose weight, or lose your appetite. A very important symptom to look out for is yellow skin and/or eyes. This is a red flag that something is wrong with your liver.
If you feel something may be wrong, then see a doctor. If you let it go, then further complications could develop.
