I mentioned in another post that fibro myalgia is a very difficult to diagnose disease and that the diagnostics probably aren't very good. Well, I found a reference that mentions the diagnostics: You may be diagnosed with fibro myalgia if you have 1) a history of widespread and persistent pain and 2) pain in at least 11 of 18 reference points. That shows how ill-defined fibro myalgia is!
