If you have hypocondria, many people might say that nothing's wrong with you. After all, hypocondria is thinking that you have some sort of illness when you don't. But in fact there is something wrong with you if you're a hypocondriac. It's not a physical illness. It's a psychological problem. It's still a problem that should be treated. It's just different than the problem that the hypocondriac thinks needs to be treated.
