Erectile disfunction

Erectile disfunction is pretty much a new term for impotence I think. You never hear anyone talk about someone being impotent anymore. They have erectile disfunction. But I think that can still mean more than one thing. Not everyone with erectile disfunction has the same problem. So if they're going to come up with new terms, then maybe they should be more specific.
