I experienced the onset of sinusitus in my early 40's, during "peri-menopause". I have been suffering 4 years. Heat, cold, antibiotics, & recently accupuncture, which lasts from 2-5 wks 4 me. about 5 wks ago I took cipro for the sinus infection & it cleared it up very well. it's weather related & again starting yesterday, it's back! I can't & don't want to take antibiotics again soo soon. what do I do???? Maybe surgery is my only option. Tylenol sinus w/coolburst is the best, but because of ot sudaphedrine I hate to take it, & the sprays don't work well. appreciate any advice!
