That sound like it could be bipoler. If so, she would also probably have good times where she was in a great mood, lots of energy, and fun to be around.
Whatever it is, it may be best to talk about it. But you would need to talk about it calmly because if she becomes defensive, then talking may just make things worse. One of the most important things to dealing with bipler disorder is actually acknowledging that you have it, which isn't easy to do.
