I work in an office and am not able to sit for very long before I experience pain. The Dr. just put me on Indocin and I am still taking Vicatin. All I do is sleep and read, anything more strenuos and I am in pain. My upper abdomen is swollen and it feels like a lump. When I call the Dr/Surgeon's office they say it takes time to heal and do not seem concerned. I would like to have a normal life again, am I expecting too much to be able to wear something other than stretch pants and go back to work someday?? Even touching my stomach is painful. Pain level is between 3-4, any advice?
