Toothbrush for receeding gums

To prevent receeding gums, use the softest toothbrush you can find. The best I've found is a toothbrush called The Preserve by Recycline. They have extra soft bristles. And even better, they're recyclable and they come with a prepaid envelope so that you can send them back to Recycline when you're done with them.
