Have just been diagnosed with Bursitus of the shoulder and I had never heard of it till then. I know its bloody painful and doing exercises doesn't seem to be helping much. I can have cortisone injections but from what I have read it dosen't seem to be the answer. Will it eventually go or is this it from now on in, can somebody tell me the answers please.
