Pulsatile tinnitis is a rhythmic pulsing in the ears. In many cases, it may be indicative of a heart condition. Or some related problem, such as with the arteries. In any case, if you experience this, you should see a doctor right away to find out if there's a problem that needs to be addressed quickly.
