I had a blood test done 2 weeks ago. My Colestrol is 242 I feel it is too high but my doctor see it diffrently. Because my triglyceridrs are 49, my HDL is 114, and my LDL is 118. Do you have any suggestions on how to lower my colestrol with out medications. I watch what I eat and exercise 2-3 times a week. I am 5'9"and weigh from 145-150. Thank You Pat
