Cronic Fatigue Syndrome

Chronic fatigue syndrome is one of those disease that's diagnosed by ruling out other diseases until this is what's left. Kind of like fybromyalgia, which is similar in some ways. So it's not a very well-defined disease.

Basically, you have to be highly fatigued for 6 months or more and a combination of symptoms, such as poor sleep, sore throat, headaches, poor memory or concentration, or a few others.

So it's hard to define exactly what it is, but it's definitely something that can have a big negative impact on your life.
