Well I am a hypocondriac. I get rashes, headaches and stomach flu. These are mainly caused by stress, depression, and anxiety. The thing is i cant seem to get over the hypocondria, im in a difficult stage of my life at this moment. is there any alternative to anti depressants and cognitive behaviour therapy that can help me?
