I had 2 stones in my append, which ruptured, I was in the hospital 7 days once out on the 20th day he remoed stitches, I felt great that 2, within 2 days the pain had increased he had me come down for a cat scan and it showed nothing, the pain continued to get worse and my entire somach red so he called me in 2 antibiotics and the followind day opened the incision to remove the infection. I have really not felt good since this whole mess started. Itbegan Aug. 11, now coming up on 2 1/2 months. The last 2 weeks the pain has becove worse. If there was nothing wrong why would the pain continue to increase. Not happy with the lack of concern from the Dr. Off. I spent 8 1/2 hrs. in the emergency room as that is the only way I could see him or one of his Dr. on call, did nto get to see any of them and after 8 1/2 hours later I was told the scan was clear and I could go home. I went to see the Dr. last week, he checked me for a hernia etc... said it was fine, I asked - so this is totally normally for someone this longer after to be having that pain? I wonder if they left something in there, I have an abnormal buble on that side of my body. Or could there be infection still in my body, or ovaries or something else just going bad at the same time of this. I am like you though, I just want to know what to expect and when I can feel good again. THanks...
