Tendonitus

What is tendonitus? Tendonitus is an inflammation of a tendon. Tendons are the things that connect your muscles to your bones. So when you want to move a part of your body, such as your arm, you move the muscle, which moves the tendon, which moves the bone.
When a tendon becomes inflamed, it's painful to use it. So if a tendon in your elbow becomes inflamed, it will hurt to move your elbow.
