There are lots of different kinds of cysts that can form on overies. Most of them are not cancerous. Some may cause temporary pain and then go away on their own. And some will for, go away, and you'll never even be aware of them. But realistically, if you feel pain in that area, then see a doctor so that you can be sure nothing is seriously wrong.
