Alergies are a very common problem for people everywhere. And there are countless different things that you can be alergic to. You can be allergic to foods, animals (cats, dogs), things in the environment (pollen), alcohol, and on and on. A doctor once told me I'm alergic to needles, whatever that means. In many cases, you can just avoid the thing you're alergic to in order to avoid any problems. In other cases, you can't avoid it and you may have to take medicine to counteract the alergic reaction.
